Here are a few steps that sellers can follow on Zoop to minimise returns and exchanges.
STEP 1:
Add Appropriate images and descriptions for your products
- In case of branded / new products, please add full images of the product you are selling, along with close up shots and different angles.
- In case of home decor, it would be useful to add a reference measure of the product.
- In case of pre-loved products, please add the images of all tags present on the product and close up images of wear/tear/defects if any.
- You can upload upto 10 images or 9 images and 1 video
STEP 2:
- Make sure you have mentioned the exact dimensions of your product (length, width, height & shoulder length, sleeve length etc in case of apparel)
STEP 3:
- Try lives - Through live stream shopping on Zoop you can provide thorough descriptions and demonstrations of products during the show itself to set clear expectations.
- If there are any small defects or issues with the product that you are showing, do not hesitate to inform users about the same.
STEP 4:
- Offer clear instructions on how customers can reach out to you for support after or before their purchase, which can help resolve issues before they escalate to returns.
